Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our textiles. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers, please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An uncut, continuous parcel opening video is strictly required for any return, exchange, or defect claim. The video must clearly show the original packaging, the shipping label, and the condition of the item as it is taken out of the package. We cannot process any claims without this video.

2. Return & Exchange Window

All eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be accepted.

3. Category-Specific Policies

Fabrics & Dupattas

  • No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the nature of these items, cut fabrics and dupattas are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Defect Exception: We will only accept a return or exchange for fabrics and dupattas if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. The defect must be clearly shown in the mandatory unboxing video.

Sarees

  • Exchanges (Free): You can exchange your saree for another item within the 7-day window at no additional charge.

  • Returns (Flat Fee): If you prefer to return the saree for a refund, a flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return logistics.

  • Note: The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and folds intact.

4. How to Initiate a Request

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at abrishamhandloom@gmail.com or +91-9005485087 with your order number and your unboxing video attached. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

For any return or exchange to be approved, the product must be in its original, unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or missing tags will be sent back to the customer, and the claim will be rejected.
